After installing service pack 1 for windows vista I had a simular problem, I was able to solve it by simply running GW as administrator. Hope it helps for you as well.

That's possible.

King Bob - your connection attempt isn't even leaving your computer. I suggest firewall problem or, as Vehytin said, try as Administrator.

Less Heroic - if you're struggling with zipping, just send it to me as an email attachment. Click on my name and "send email to Snograt"

Wha'cha mean by that? I don't really get you And I have my firewall turned off anyways
And for some reason it won't let me run it as Administrator I dunno why can ou help me please cause I really wants to go back to Gw

I mean the information being sent by GW.exe isn't getting past your computer - it's not getting to the internet. Something is blocking it, whether it's your firewall or your router.
